YVI series vertical shaft impact Crushers (VSI) are used as a second and third crushing stages for soft and medium hard materials. Because of their high reduction ratios, they are more suitable for producing fine products and also used as shape corrector to get more cubic products. These series of vertical shaft impact crushers are avalaible in two combinations, they can be either shoe – anvil ( open rotor ) or rotor – anvil ( closed rotor ) type.The material to be crushed is fed through the feeding chute than falls onto the center of the rotationg rotor and the rotor throws the particles towards the anvils located on the crusher body. Thus, the crushing process occurs. These crusher which are produced in several different sizes are driven by an electrical motor via V-belt and pulley.
